In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "2ph Casino" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at 2ph.asia and all associated services, games, and features made available through it.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on 2ph Casino or accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on 2ph Casino, through which the Player accesses games and manages transactions.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of Philippine Peso (PHP) funds held in a Player's 2ph Casino account at any given time, including both real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account as part of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including any amendments made from time to time.

By accessing 2ph Casino, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 2ph Casino. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register and maintain an account on 2ph Casino, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold accounts on 2ph Casino.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 2ph Casino, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 2ph Casino or by any regulatory authority with jurisdiction over your gaming activities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

To access the full range of games and services on 2ph Casino, you must register an account. The following rules apply to all accounts on the Platform:

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on 2ph Casino. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a violation of these Terms. 2ph Casino reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account information promptly if any details change. 2ph Casino is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 2ph Casino immediately at [email protected].

2ph Casino may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be suspended.

2ph Casino accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers through BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.

The minimum deposit amount on 2ph Casino is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 2ph Casino reserves the right to apply transaction limits to individual accounts at its discretion for compliance or security purposes.

Withdrawal requests are processed as quickly as possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 seconds of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. 2ph Casino reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 2ph Casino account.
• A minimum of one deposit must have been made before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Any active bonus funds must have their wagering requirements fulfilled before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• 2ph Casino reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

2ph Casino offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and specialty games may have different contribution rates as specified in the promotion terms.
• 2ph Casino reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting game mechanics — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

All games available on 2ph Casino — including live casino games, slots, bingo, dice, and specialty titles — are governed by individual game rules that are made available within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

All non-live games on 2ph Casino use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability of results.

Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real time via video stream. Game outcomes in live casino games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to RNG systems. Live game results are final once the dealer announces the outcome.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or disconnection during a game round, 2ph Casino reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the Player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. 2ph Casino's decision regarding malfunctions is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 2ph Casino and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players or with Platform staff.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 2ph Casino staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

2ph Casino is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Players with the tools they need to manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request self-exclusion for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

2ph Casino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Player.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds and associated winnings subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

All content on the 2ph Casino Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of 2ph Casino or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 2ph Casino.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 2ph Casino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

2ph Casino does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2ph Casino collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

2ph Casino complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or these Terms.

2ph Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 2ph Casino's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits 2ph Casino's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
